Oakville Grocery Cacao Nib and Sea Salt Brown Butter Chocolate Bar

The Brown Butter Nibs and Sea Salt chocolate is a deliciously rich bar that simply sings! With cacao from Akesson Plantation of Madagascar, Fazenda Camboa of Brazil, and organic cane sugar from Brazil, this bar was crafted from a unique Dick Taylor 73% Northerner Blend. The chocolate is combined with browned butter from locally-owned Rumiano Family Creamy to create an ultra creamy foundation for crunchy roasted cacao nibs and delicate sea salt.

This bar was made in collaboration with Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate. Adam Dick and Dustin Taylor, two former boat builders, took their skills of woodworking and applied it to craft chocolate making. What they found was that it wasn't so different.

By using some of the best cacao in the world, Dick Taylor is able to eliminate the need to use fillers in their chocolate like added cocoa butter, soy lecithin, or vanilla, and are able to let the true flavors of the cacao shine through.
