Made with an award-winning, two-ingredient 73% Northerner Blend Chocolate - a blend of Brazilian and Madagascan cacao sweetened with Brazilian cane sugar. 

Made with an award-winning, two-ingredient 73% Northerner Blend Chocolate - a blend of Brazilian and Madagascan cacao sweetened with Brazilian cane sugar. A sprinkling of hand-harvested Guatemalan sea salt from Bitterman Salt Co. is added for a subtle and delicate finish. This bar is handcrafted from bean to bar in an Eureka, California chocolate factory.

This bar was made in collaboration with Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate. Adam Dick and Dustin Taylor, two former boat builders, took their skills of woodworking and applied it to craft chocolate making. What they found was that it wasn't so different.

By using some of the best cacao in the world, Dick Taylor is able to eliminate the need to use fillers in their chocolate like added cocoa butter, soy lecithin, or vanilla, and are able to let the true flavors of the cacao shine through.
